So why stop blogging if am really passionate about the stuff I
blogged about? Well folks, the truth is I just got lazy and along come the
usual excuses – school, work etc.... but I bet you I never missed an episode of
Scandal, Vampire Diaries and Grey’s Anatomy (a confession of no shame). I hope this time around I will stick around
and make it stick :)
This post has been inspired by a purchase I made from River Island
a year ago and mostly by an exciting venture I decided to gamble on. Just like
any normal girl I like bargains and when I come across one I sure find it hard
to resist – I always fall prey to such goodness. Ok,so I bought a necklace for 1 euro and Its
engraved DREAMS on it. Some weeks ago I was going through my accessorise and I
come across the necklace and it got me thinking...
Each and every one of us has a dream or rather dreams. Dreams that
we hope to live at some point in our lives. For some, they are already living
their dreams. The question is; are we working hard towards achieving those
dreams? Or are we just comfortable living the fantasy world of those dreams? The United States of America is now living one
of Dr Martin Luther King Junior's dreams through President Barrack Obama. “I have
a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not
be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character.” It’s
the people of United States of America that finally made that dream happen – in
2008 history was made and so YES WE CAN live our dreams!
We are all born dreamers with dreams that could create our ideal
worlds. I recently took a risk to live
some of my dreams and I hope to share that awesome journey here with you guys! So here’s to GREATNESS and to realizing our
potentials, taking that first step of hard work progressing towards making that
dream becoming a reality!
Cheers !!
I agree that "We are all born dreamers with dreams that could create our ideal worlds" If we keep moving one day at a time in the direction of our dreams, the results will eventually be rewarding.
ReplyDeleteSure, eventually we get there and the results are always rewarding! Hard work pays!
